Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. The price you see at checkout is the price charged, inclusive of any applicable fees at that time.

If a payment is declined or reversed after goods have shipped, we reserve the right to pursue recovery of the outstanding amount through available legal channels.

Shipping & Restricted Locations

We ship to eligible U.S. states and Canadian provinces where the sale and delivery of nicotine and tobacco products is legally permitted. A current list of eligible and ineligible locations is maintained on our shipping policy page — this list is updated as regulations change.

By providing a shipping address at checkout, you confirm that delivery of these products to that address is legal under all applicable local, state/provincial, and federal laws. If we discover after the fact that an order was placed for delivery to a restricted location, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order without notice.

We are not responsible for packages seized, delayed, or returned by customs or carrier authorities due to local restrictions that were in place at the time of order. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify eligibility before ordering.

Returns & Damaged Orders

All warranty claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation and accompanied by photographic evidence of the issue. Verified claims are resolved with a free replacement or full refund — the choice is yours.
